The service department took care of me. I have a new XC60 that had some manufacturing quirks that needed to be examined. Service fixed everything in a timely manner and washed my car!! I give 4 stars because I booked an appointment via telephone, received text and email reminders of my appointment but when I arrived I was not on the schedule. Definitely something that should be looked into. My appointment took all day, probably because the system erased my appointment.
